Encare Medical Devices Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified, CDSCO-approved manufacturer of medical disposables and consumables, based in Ettumanoor, Kottayam, Kerala.
Our product range includes surgical drapes and procedure packs, gowns, wound-care products, orthopaedic support products, hygiene products and patient-care products for hospitals and healthcare institutions.
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to develop business within the assigned territory. The role involves field sales, customer relationship management, lead generation, product promotion and business development across hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors and dealers.
Develop sales and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Visit hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors, dealers and potential customers.
Identify new customers, market opportunities and potential business segments.
Promote Encare's existing products and support the launch of new products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Generate enquiries, quotations and orders and follow opportunities through to conversion.
Coordinate with the Head Office to ensure smooth order execution and customer support.
Follow up on collections and outstanding payments when required.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, market activities and customer requirements.
Gather market feedback and identify opportunities for business growth.
Prepare regular sales reports, territory updates and market feedback.
Work towards assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
MBA, management graduate or candidates with a suitable qualification and genuine interest in Sales & Marketing.
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, confident and comfortable interacting with customers in the field.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert them into business.
Basic computer skills and ability to prepare sales reports.
Interest in building a long-term career in healthcare sales, marketing and business development.
Freshers with the right attitude and relevant qualifications may also be considered.
Hands-on experience in the growing medical devices and healthcare sector.
Exposure to hospital, institutional and distributor sales.
